Player Do's and Don'ts

Staff Rules
Any of the following rules can be overridden for good reasons by speaking with the admins: TheGuy, Trance, Leonheart
- Do not change players skills/stats
- Do not color items, except as part of approved quests
- Do not give players items, except as part of approved quests
- Do not rename items, except as part of approved quests
- Do not give players gold or rares, except as part of approved quests
- Do not build anything for a quest unless it is documented and approved
- Do not kill or slay players or engage in PvP with players
- Do not change a players hair or skin color. Players can change their hair type, hair color, and skin color in game them selves.
- Do not use your staff character to answer your player character pages or interact with your player character in any way unless approved by admin before doing so.
Staff Decoration
You may not GIVE anyone deco items, or place any deco items created by your staffer in any players home for any reasons other then the following:
- 1. Player has sent the shard actual cash to get their home decorated
- 2. Players have done a shard service and we offered them a gift (we have given little gifts for helping test things).
You may however help a player with the following "moving things around":
- 1. For example, ovens they want pushed into the wall so they sit right, but can't do themselves.
- 2. Players who are near to tears trying to place something, which can some times be really difficult to do.
- 3. Tweaking something that just will not sit right, no matter how much they try. But we are talking one or two little things, not more then that.
Doing things for friends
To help a friend, follow this process:
Have them ask for help in chat, send a message to another online GM, or put in a page. Then go help them. This method protects you and I from any accusations of abuse or favoritism.
