A vendor mall is a location that is set aside for player to rent areas to sell their goods. The player generally will rent an area, place vendors in it, decorate it accordingly, and then sell items!
1) You may rent only one shop location. This is in addition to owning one house.
2) The shop location may not be used as a house or storage of any kind.
3) If you chose to decorate your shop (and we highly recommend that you do) the shop must be decorated appropriately & look good! If you are unable to make it look good recruit the help of a friend.
