New page

When animations freeze on screen it is usually a synchronization issue.

For Razor:

On razor go to the hot keys tab and scroll down to the Misc

then scroll down to Resynchronize Client

assign it at hot key, pass to uo, and set

Then hit the hot key you assigned to resync the client at any time

For UOS:

On UOS go to the Hotkeys tab, scroll down to Main then go to Resynchronize and assign a hot key, check pass to UO and hit save

If the freezing animations remain, close out client, restart your computer and do the resync again. (99% of the time this will fix the issue, if it continues after that, you might have gotten a corrupt file download and will need to reinstall the client)
